If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to refund. Email us at orders after-sales@fansidead.com with your full name, order number and we will get back to you shortly. If anything is unclear, please contact our Customer Care team for return instructions and the return address.

Return Policy

-All Purchases can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

-The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return

-Final sale item(s), Free gift(s) is not eligible for return.

-Non-quality issues, generally

-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.

Kind reminder
- Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

-Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be honored.

Fast Refund
Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with product tag back to our return center. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
